I went to office max and blew up the sketch really big, and then mounted it to a board. I sealed it using a varnish to preserve the image, and then painted over that. It was a new process for me, but I really liked it!

Do you print it on watercolor paper or something?

I used to do that in school when my inking skills were not so great and I couldn't paint over the mistakes I corrected.
